Bangladesh, My lovely homeland. It is containing a large number of population even it is a small country. In past, among the people, most of the people was illiterate but now the number of educated person is increasing day by day. In that time, there were a lake of Consciousness among the people. They didn't understand, how to teach, how to control Birthrates, how to learn and how to get a good job. It was needed to fetch the awareness about future. But, No people was present then to do it.
Periodically, The people of our country have increased there efficiency and capability to do something new. Now, Most of the people are careful about there future. The parents are inspiring there descendants to be educated. Because, They have understood that It is impossible to develop a country without an educated nation. As a result, They are becoming Brilliant and Intelligent. When a large number of people become educated, then A state should ensure proper use of Intellectual Property. If the State becomes failed to do it, improvement shall be impossible for that nation, even it contains a large number of intelligent and educated person. Aftereffect, 'Brain Drain' will must be occurred where this occurring shall be so tragic for our Country. We want never this result for our future lives.
To ensure the proper use of Intellectual Property, Government needs to create more and more job market in our Country. And there is no alternative to creation of new job market place. But there is a limited opportunity to do this our Government. As a result, It is increasing the number of unemployed person. On the other hand, Private sector is not evaluating the intellectual property of our country due to less opportunity of govt job market. In this time, Our Government is attempting to provide job opportunity to the unemployed people. We are happy and proud of our Government.
Though the people is becoming educated, they are not getting a good job in favor of their educational qualification due to a large number of educated people. Therefore, the have to do something in Private sector to build up there career. There are much scope do something is private sector. Among these, 'Call Center' is the most known sector in Bangladesh. This is not a type of permanent job but have to do. Call Center is generally two of types. First one, Inbound Call Center, where the representatives of a call center are responsible to receive call and to answer there question. Second one, Outbound Call Center, where the representatives are responsible to make outgoing call to present their product and product information. It is also called Online Marketing. Comparatively, Handling incoming call is difficult to Outgoing call. Because, When a representative make a call to do marketing with customer, it depends on receiver's mentality. On the other side, when a customer calls, receiver is to handle this call with more and more carefulness. About 30% caller is agitated customer. One kind of customer dose not understand the procedure, capability and jurisdiction of a call center representative. They always try to enforce mentally. That kind of people always like to do via others people. I never like that kind of people.
In every Call Center, assigned task is so noxious for its representatives. At the same time, A representative is to handle the incoming call with listening the voice and answering their requirements. It is too much cumbersome and distressing for its representatives, specially in Inbound Call Center. We should know that, Job in any call center is temporary. And we should take it temporarily.
